Experience a guided Qigong practice featuring the “Her” sound to nourish the heart, one of the Six Healing Qigong Sounds — and explore how each sound corresponds with a correct mouth shape and breath practice, and heals a specific part of the body.
Do you feel some version of tired most days? You’re certainly not alone.
In our fast-paced world, we’ve unfortunately come to accept exhaustion as part of the human condition.
As new illnesses are discovered and diagnosed, we seem to have few practical, effective, long-term solutions to treat them.
Amidst the uncertainty of this past year, many spiritual seekers are turning to timeless wisdom systems to improve their lives and reconnect with their energy and health — including the ancient art of Qigong.
A regular Qigong practice can reduce anxiety and stress, improve sleep, support clear breathing, regulate blood pressure, improve body alignment and balance, boost the immune system, improve concentration, and much more.
And when you incorporate the power of sound healing into your Qigong practice — as Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners have for centuries — the benefits increase exponentially.
Join us for a new 45-minute mini-workshop with Faye Li Yip, a martial artist, Tai Chi and Qigong teacher, and Taoism practitioner. She’ll share the Six Healing Qigong Sounds, and explain how each sound corresponds to a correct mouth shape and breath practice, and heals a specific part of the body.
You’ll discover the sound Xu to tonify Liver energy, Hoo to replenish Spleen energy, Her to nourish Heart energy, Si to nourish Lung energy, Chui to tonify the Kidney energy, and Xi to revitalise San Jiao energy (the Traditional Chinese Medicine term for the hollow space inside the trunk of your body).
With deep roots in Chinese medicine, these Six Healing Qigong Sounds will make you more aware of the energy that exists within your body. They help your internal organs become more at ease, opening the gateway for your natural healing process to begin.
Born into a traditional Chinese martial arts family, Faye began her intense martial arts training at the age of six, under the strict tutelage of her father Li Deyin, one of the foremost martial artists of his time. After teaching Tai Chi and Qigong full time in the UK for over 30 years, Faye is beloved by her students for her ability to explain even the most intricate details of movements and breath awareness in ways that are simple to understand.
During your 45 minutes with Faye, she’ll take you through a guided practice featuring the Her sound to nourish Heart energy. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Heart is said to be the emperor of all the other energy systems, housing the shen — the spirit and wisdom mind.
Over time, you’ll find yourself becoming happier and more peaceful, with a sense of tranquility no matter what’s happening in the outside world. As Faye affirms, this state of deep inner peace and contentment must begin with you — you’ll never find it in outside circumstances or people...
All the radiant energy you’ll ever need is already within you.
In this free 45-minute Qigong mini-workshop, you’ll discover:
- The fascinating way Qigong practitioners in ancient China discovered the power of the healing sounds — and merged them with Qigong
- The Six Healing Qigong Sounds, and how each corresponds with a correct mouth shape and breath practice, and heals a specific part of the body
- How the healing sounds operate as stimulating mechanisms for the body — and can bring deep healing as you unlock a whole new way to breathe
- The foundational Qigong breathing method of making the correct mouth shape for each healing sound, guiding the breath flow, and feeling the connection and vibration with the corresponding internal organ
- A guided practice where you’ll make the healing Qigong sound Her to nourish your Heart energy
You’ll also hear new details about Faye’s upcoming 7-week course, where you’ll delve deeply into the Six Healing Sounds of Qigong to cultivate a healthier body and mind. You’ll master each of the six healing sounds to release stagnant Qi, revitalize your organs, and restore healthy energy.

“I have been a student of Master Faye for several years and she is truly an inspiring teacher.”
I have been a student of Master Faye for several years and she is truly an inspiring teacher. Her ability to clearly communicate not just an individual move of a form but, most importantly, the constituent dynamics of a move, from the rooting in the feet to the waist and finally to the fingers, as well as the critical factors of the breath and emotional calmness. Taken as a whole, her teaching is far superior to anything I have experienced before. Moreover, the enthusiasm she conveys through her teaching is quite infectious and you cannot wait for the next class.
