Are you feeling overwhelmed by the uncertainties of life and death, or grappling with unspoken fears about what comes next?

Imagine transforming your relationship with death and dying into a profound journey of self-discovery and healing, where you embrace the beauty of living fully in each moment while building the confidence to compassionately support others through terminal illness… and befriending death itself.

Perhaps you’ve watched a loved one struggle with their final days, wrestling with unspoken fears and regrets. You may have experienced the heart-wrenching pain of saying goodbye without ever having the important conversations that could have brought closure and peace.

These moments can leave us feeling anxious about our own mortality, questioning how we can ensure our wishes are honored while leaving a lasting legacy for those we cherish.

If you’ve wondered how you can address unfinished business and navigate this inevitable journey with grace, you’re not alone. Many people feel a calling to explore the deeper meanings of life and death but struggle to know where to begin... or avoid it altogether.

The good news is there is a way to transform your fears into an empowering experience of self-discovery, healing, and ultimately contentment. In a world where death is often shrouded in fear and uncertainty, embracing this journey can be life-changing, shares Tarron Estes, founder and CEO of the Conscious Dying Institute. She is a leader in certifying end-of-life doulas, conscious dying coaches, and conscious dying educators. Her core work, “Conscious Dying Education and Care,” is used in healthcare systems for families and individuals in countries throughout the world. The Conscious Dying Institute has trained over 5,000 students who now work with families and patients through all of the stages of dying.

Join Tarron on a revelatory 7-week journey to discover a sacred “how to” process that will empower you to approach your own eventual, inevitable end-of-life experience (or those of others) with intention and love.

Tarron is a pioneering force in the field of end-of-life care and conscious dying. With decades of experience, Tarron has dedicated her life to transforming how we approach death and dying. Her extensive background combines a deep understanding of the emotional, spiritual, and practical aspects of the dying process, making her a trusted expert in guiding individuals and families through this journey.

During this course, you’ll cultivate a sacred space to reflect on your life, define your deepest values, and prepare for your own peaceful transition or learn how to help someone else on theirs as you engage in deep introspection and examine your dreams, regrets, and desires.

You’ll learn how to create a healing environment both physically and emotionally that supports peace for yourself and your loved ones during the dying process. Through guided exercises and compassionate dialogue, you’ll nurture meaningful relationships, addressing unresolved matters and fostering deeper connections with those who matter most.

This course isn’t just about planning for death; it’s about enhancing the quality of your life now by embracing the present and honoring the connections you share with others.

More Praise for Tarron Estes...

“Tarron’s programs give me hope...”

Being in Tarron’s program helped me see how to focus on the inner needs of staff, their challenges, and their dreams for providing better care at end of life. As a palliative care provider, Tarron’s programs give me hope that as our programs expand, we can someday offer trainings to medical providers to provide best practices in delivering care to the dying. An educational package that includes training about personal death awareness issues will not only improve care for our members, it will bring deeper meaning, peace, and resiliency to our dedicated healthcare professionals.

“Tarron was, and is, a godsend.”

Tarron was, and is, a godsend. She helped our family come together with my mom to really listen and sit with her feelings and decision to not pursue aggressive Western medical treatment. It was so important to have those honest, heart-based conversations. We literally brought in both HeartMath and Caritas principles and practices to our discussions as a family. We could not have remained grounded, open, vulnerable, and loving — yet strong enough to support my mom in this decision — without those principles, and without Tarron’s steady compassion throughout. No matter how this story ends, the turn we were all able to take together because of Tarron’s help and support has made all the difference.
