C.J. Llewelyn, M.Ed., LPC, who has a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, has worked with clients overcoming trauma, addictions, and eating disorders in both treatment centers and private practice. A trained Internal Family Systems therapist and certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), she melds polyvagal theory, energy psychology, and knowledge of the chakras and subtle energies in her work. She is also a Reiki master in the lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui.
